It may be the best deals in Canada, but from what I see in the states, I have seen 100 pcs TDK CDR being sold for $15.99 USD, quite cheap also. No CD Levy or some sort. :)

Pay the extra $$ for Verbatim or TY blank CD, if you're going to order from them and pay the shipping cost. Some Giant Tiger stores still have the MIJ 50pk Fujifilm CD-R for 19.99; even some of the Source store have some old stock of them @14.99 for a 30pk
