I am looking for a computer, preferrably not refurbished, hopefully just over $1000.00(taxes in), including a monitor. I wish I could build one myself, but I don't think I could.
Any help where to buy and what brand?

Why don't you try www.Dell.ca. You can get a good system + lcd monitor for less than $1000. ;)
