New and expanded pet food recall! Now with more products!

The short of it is Natural Balance is recalling some of their products:

"Natural Balance said it was recalling all its Venison and Brown Rice canned and bagged dog foods, its Venison and Brown Rice dog treats and its Venison and Green Pea dry cat food."

It appears there's another pet food manufacturer that got hit with this, Diamond Pet Foods. Again, anyone with dogs or cats, please check the list of recalled foods (I don't believe either list includes Natural Balance yet) and make sure you're buying safe food, or make your own for your loved ones. For recipes, search the forums for Jackie26's posts as she posts several good resources.

This is horrible. I use natural balance but not the type that they are recalling. I thought I would be safe for buying a better cat food but I guess now I will start looking for other brands.
