I can't live without them. The most cost effective solution for me so far has been Costco....which is about 40cents/day. That's about $12-13/month.

Does anyone know where I can get larger quantities cheaper? They can even be a different brand...but I think it's patented.

Or any "homemade" solutions?

How are they helpful? You breathe better? I don't get it.

Yes, please tell us, I'd like to know too...I sometimes am congested at night which makes it hard to fall asleep. Hence my post count here :)

Yes for sleeping...I can breathe better and more importantly I don't snore. Without them I snore every night. I also find that I have a much more restful night sleep because I don't wake myself up...not to mention my girlfriend doesn't elbow me!

The strips pull open your nasal passage to allow more oxygen to get through.

Placebo Effect!

These are an absolute necessity for me. I have been plagued my whole life with poor breathing through the nose. My wife suggested I give these a shot a few years ago and now I can breath perfectly. I haven't slept so well in my whole life. I too use them every single night and would love to know where I can get them in bulk.

I've seen bulk lots for sale on eBay, but by the time you factor in shipping, possible duties/taxes/etc. (from the US) it's nearly the same as buying retail.

Placebo Effect!

Unless a person can subconsciously tell their nasal cavity to pull itself open, there isn't much placebo effect here...

Hey thanks.. I never even considered eBay! It's about 5-6cents cheaper per strip.

The guy that invented these must just be laughing..

I can't imagine those being comfortable or hygenic.

Ever think of seeing an ENT doctor? So many people have deviated septum's its not funny. People dont realize how much easier sleeping and breathing is once you've seen a professional.

Oh believe me I know... I had a septoplasty and it definitely changed my life. But I still snore for some reason and the strips do alot for me.
