Why does everyone refer to Urban Poet as UB instead of UP? I've done the same thing in the past and I've noticed most people on RFD do that. Doesn't UP make more sense? Why is it that UB seems to come out more naturally? Weird.

It really does.....for me it's the Urban I suppose....strange never though of it as UP and will change my references to him to reflect it :lol: ...hmm maybe I am referring to him to often! :cheesygri

IMO when someone has as much to say as UP, they become such an integral part of the community that they can pretty much say anything...let's see 13k+ posts versus 80some off posts...who do you think we'd side with? Obviously someone whom we have gotten to 'know'

i dont recall when i have generalized or stereotyped white people.
The only thread i have that seemed racist but wasn't, was the thread i made about "what do white people eat".
but even there i made such specifically clear distinction towards the type of Caucasian culture that i was trying to pin point. So this actually shows that i recognize the different types of historical backgrounds that Caucasian people can fall under.
