Looking for honest mechanic in North York

I am looking for an honest mechanic in North York who can change the timing belt on my 98 civic and potentially do a front and rear brake job. I have gone to Cdn Tire to have it quoted but am not too fond of their service.

Any name would be appreciated as well as a rough estimate of the cost for the timing belt/water pump work.
