Looking for a bodyshop around Markham area for a polishing/waxing job on my car. The hood and side of the car got some stains, my underground parking spot seems to be leaking at the ceiling, which are barely removable by using hands. I got a quote of $200, seems kind of steep. What do you guys think?

That for a little more I would invest in a Porter Cable random orbital buffer (http://www.amazon.com/Porter-Cable-7424-Variable-Speed-Random-Orbit-Polisher/dp/B00004SUQ8) and do it myself.

Ah, I was looking for something to buy! Thanks for your suggestion!
My Meguiars 80 will be put to good use! :D
Now which polishing pad set to get? Funny though, I got family going to the states in less than a month, gonna have the stuff shipped there for pickup :D

depends on the stuff they use at the shop and their skill level, sometimes $200 is worth it
there are some waxes, polishes, or sealants that are really really expensive and can produce great results
also depends on if you have the time, energy and the patience to do this yourself
for me, i have a friend that loves doing this, so ill be bringing my car to him for a friendly pricing hehe
also if interior cleaning is included in the $200 then its worth it

$200 is more than the typical dealership charges and that's for the interior included. Unless they are a highly reputable company, I wouldn't pay that much. There are some shops around the GTA that handles luxury and exotic cars that charge around that much. I'd trust them to do a good job :) if you ever wanna spend that much.

I don't know why you would go to a body shop for a wax and polish. Go to a detailer or some other shop like that. Check your yellow pages or even better, ask around and get personal reports about shops in your area.
This one http://www.blacktopauto.ca/services.htm will do a wax and polish using Meguiars for much less. I am sure there are many in your area. Once a year for a solid detail job and then maintenance in between works for me.
I see someone suggested that you buy a buffing machine and all that. I can understand that if you live in an apartment that having tools like that around is inconvenient for the amount of times you do it. Also, trying to do it underground is a bit of a pain (findig a plug and getting enough light etc). I have one of these machines (not a Porter) and it sits in my garage and once a year I blow off the dust.

I have a couple of the cheap CT ones - the 10" corded and the 4" cordless. I use them twice a year. They are OK, but I wish I had the Porter Cable.

I have a cheapo 8" corded one from CT. It sucks for polishing! It gets bogged down so fast you can't polish anything :(
