Waterfront cottage lots/acreage=<$65,000 cottage lots

Anyone know of/have any waterfront cottage lots/acreage (preferably lake front) available for less than $65,000 within 2hrs of Ottawa? I've checked every resource I could think of online, no luck finding anything that wasn't swamp or small creek, so thought I'd try here.

This may be harder than you think ... even in La Belle Provence. North of Lac Simon (Lac Gagnon) has some great land with great waterfront, but, it's a bit too "Northern Quebec" for me. Good luck and let me know if you find location.
