I have a sister that lives in the states and I would like to purchase some stuff off the internet and send it to her, but I don't have a US credit card with a US billing address. I would like to know if epassorte would allow you to change the Virtual credit visa billing address? For example, I would setup a virtual credit and deposit money with my canadian credit card and canadian address. Now, can I change the virtual billing address to my sister's address ,so i can purchase stuff off the internet and mail it to her US address? I have to do this because most internet company will only ship to the billing address.
