If I'm under 19 and worked only in the summer of 06 and got a t4, what's the most i can get back? just my EI payments?

Well, you would get any income tax deducted from your pay, so the amount in box 22 of your T4 -- not the EI payments.

Even if you didn't pay any tax and won't get a refund file anyway. You will start to build room in your RRSP contributions. Our 17 year old just opened his RRSP and between last year and this year's return can put just over $1k in already...
