Speedstream 6520 wifi router/dsl model HELP

I have a speedstream 6520 router i got from sympatico (yes i have sympatico!!! :cheesygri ) i cant login to the router to change the settings. the username and password seems to be incorrect. i pressed the reset button below the router to reset it to factory defaults, but still no luck :(
can someone tell me how i can login to the router settings page?

would really appreciate some help

thanks for the manual, but i still cant login. why is the password and username not getting reset to the factory default when i press the reset button? now is the sympatico factory default password and usrename different?

Pg 24 tells all....simple.

no that is not it, i have to first login to the router settings. i know my isp password and username.
im talkin about the router/modem username pass.

You have to be connected using a wire to the router.. not wireless.. then I think you type 192.168.2.1
