My dad recently moved back to China for work. Last year he contacted a tax office here and told them to work out a report with an income of $10000. He ended up paying about $557 in taxes. This year I'm trying to file his tax report for him online but I can't figure out what to report his income as. I believe the tax office reported it as self-employment income. When I try to do that online, I have to enter a 6-digit North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code from a list and I have no idea what to enter. Can I just pick a generic one (ie. 561000 Other business services) or would that not be a good idea?
