I usually don't like these kinda movies, but I think it'll be a good movie to watch. especially with Kate Beckinsale in it.

So I guess you guys have seen "Emma" also? :razz:

This is one of those movies that will all come down to the ending....most of the time it's really dumb but there's always hope for some intelligent/reasonable/satisfactory conclusion.

And just thought I'd point out that the director's name is Nimrod :cheesygri

With those two actors, I was sure this would be a romantic comedy. Needless to say, I'm quite surprised it's a horror/suspense movie. Looks interesting.

that was exactly what i thought, when i first saw this. before i saw the trailer, i thought it would be one of those movies, where two lovers try to find a nice home for them to live and so on. like duplex. but it was totally different.

Very interesting looking movie! Reminds me a bit of a 70s-style movie. Very gritty and raw.

sorry to revive this thread.. but the movie was actually pretty good... it felt like a low budget movie tho, even with luke wilson and kate beckinsale in it.. the ending credits only had like 10ppl in it.. well the ones wiht onscreen time...

if you call the phone number on the commercial to make a "reservation" you actually call the hotel. its got people screaming in the background. and if you pre option 2 it will tell you to leave your number and they will call you back when they have a room available, just put in someone elses number to send them a scary message, its pretty cool, like the snakes on a plane thing

Haven't seen it yet, but people tell me it's way underrated and definitely worth seeing.

ok i saw this yesterday, it has to be the most anti-climactic ending to a horror movie ever. it was amazing how crappy they ended it, i was shocked as well as other people in the theater actually yelling at the sceen! THIS MOVIE SUCKED SO MUCH A** ITS NOT FUNNY

Hmmmm I was gonna watch this tonight too. Maybe I should reconsider? But there really isn't much else out there atm.

its a very bad movie in my opinion, its just too predicitable, go see hot fuzz, its super funny, if youve seen shaun of the dead, its the same guys that did that, its a good flick

its not even a horror movie nor did they advertise it as one... -_- ..i do agree about the ending... it could of been better however ive read somewhere the ending the director intended wasnt the ending released in theatres... who know perhaps alternate ending of some sort when it comes out on dvd
