Need some help here. I've been trying to find a decent brand of fresh udon noodles in the GVR but havent found the right one yet. I'm trying to find one that comes out just a chewy as the one they serve at the Korean restaurants. I've tried a bunch but they are never as chewy as the ones in the restaurants.
Can anyone give some suggestions on brands and which stores I should look up? Anything decent at T&T?

there is a brand they sell at T&T thats stored in the freezers
they are considered fresh by me
very chewy
usually comes in a pack of 6 or something
actually thinking about it, most of the frozen udon noodles are pretty chewy

/agree with above poster. However, those freezer ones can be quite bulky for your freezer, and one isn't even too filling too

thanks for the tip. I noticed the ones in the freezer and they seem to have a few different brands. I guess I'll start trying the different ones.
