Light lunch with lake view?

I'm in the GTA, don't want to go downtown. Looking for light lunch (in price as I'm not into expensive nouveau cuisine) along Beaches or Lake Shore areas or even Ajax or Oshawa with a lake view. Prefer to avoid Pickering as that's too near the power plants.

Any suggestions please now that spring is on it's way?
