Hooters has quite possibly the worst wings I've ever had the displeasure of eating...next to Peel Pub.

Crabby Joe's Specials:

Monday 9.99 AYCE Wings
Tuesday 29 Cent wings
Wednesday - Not sure
Thursday - $9/$10 (depending on location) domestic pitcher
Friday - $4 Martinis
Everyday - 1/2 price appetizers after 9.
During leaf games - 29 Cent wings.

Best time to go:

9PM on Thursday - $9/$10 pitcher of beer, 1/2 price apps and 29 cent wings (usually a leaf game on Thursday.)

9.99 is not worth it unless you plan to eat 100 wings

You can get 20 wings for under $5 when they are 29 Cent.
Sometimes they make you buy a drink but not always.

They changed 1/2 price apps to 10PM and 20wings is 6 bucks :)

wings are relatively small.
tend to be overcooked in my opinion and not very meaty either

they are very good for the PRICE
however i would much rather go to east side marios after 9 and get a pound of their wings at half price

but if ur just looking for a place to hang and have a few drinks and eat like 20 wings it's not bad

they have about 10 flavours
where really only 5 of them are good.

overall not the greatest... but you can't beat the price in most cases.
my real only complaint is that it's overcooked/too dry

actually, that's good news to me..I like them dry & overcooked. I'll have to give them a try.

I still hang out there but they've changed management 5 times and fired all the people that used to hook us up.

the waitresses are definitely better this time around =) much more pleasant and definitely prettier.

the last ones a while ago kept taking breaks by sitting at our table and started leaning on the shoulder of my friend....

although it'd be okay if she was someone that a guy would wanna hit on... unfortunately she wasn't....

anyways dry and overcooked
i hope you're down with that raptor fan.
let me know how you like them

Every time I have been to Hooter's, the name of the restaurant has been greatly exagurated.

Maybe HQ needs to investigate the Canadian Operations, but in reality they should change their name to Fugly's.

well my family went on Tuesday, and the wings were ok but large and meaty and not too well done;they weren't dry at all! So others should enjoy them. :) BUT the service was terrible!! Had to reorder a couple of things a few times and on their outside wall it was advertised "kids eat free all week" but they were charged on the bill. When my husband mentioned this, no one that worked there even knew the special was running. He had to take the cashier outside to show her the sign!! For a $20 meal it wasn't bad but I'm not in a hurry to go back.

hey raptor! sorry u were a little dissapointed!
If you're getting big and MEATY wings... then i must be going to the wrong place cuz i definitely get medium sized overfried ones.

Which one did you go to?

I had no idea kids eat free.... haha

I went to the one at Kennedy & Queen in Brampton. It's just this week they're free. I was surprised no one working there knew, there were alot of families when I was there so nobody mentioned it when they were charged?
