Has anyone heard from this fellow or know him?

I sent him 160$ for a telephone last Monday and he was supposed to ship Tuesday along with sending me a tracking number but I have not heard from him since then and I did not receive said tracking number.

I am thinking something came up as he does not strike me as a thief and it has only been a week, but I am worried as he went from very communicative to not answering my messages at all, and I have not received the phone at this time or confirmation that it shipped.

He did not seem to have feedback , but people who usually want to meet and post a phone number in their thread sound trusting to me.

What pisses me off the most is that I had a lot of other pm's for phones and picked this one. :|

If it does not arrive by tonight and he has not answer my Emails, I will file a complaint with the RCMP.
