Hey, other than Shabusen.... are there any other restaurants that are easy to book for large groups (10-20)?

Did you want somewhere like Shabusen (to strap on the feedbag )?
Tomokazu on Broadway is pretty good, and most Earl's locations have fairly open floor plans to accomodate a large group.

What kind of restaurant are you looking for? Most restaurants can fit like 10-20 ppl. If you were talking about 30-50 ppl, that is a different story.

Hm... specifically a place where it would be easy for everyone to talk. Price, the cheaper the better... and now it looks more like 20-30 people.

Perogies, kielbasa, cabbage rolls etc.

So, I've just decided to go with Shabusen.. but things are quite disorganized, how long prior to the date do I have to reserve =P?

The best place to hang-out with good food and drinks is Tantra in North Van. You can catch the hockey game or hang-out at the outdoor heated patio. Tons of parking and great view.
