In order to avoid potential duties, I placed separate orders for Season 1 and 2. I ordered KITH season 1 first (paid $1 shipping) then got the email to confirm my order, with a 10% off link. I then used that link to order season 2. The $1.20 savings negated the additional $1 shipping for the 2nd order.

As Canada Post has a $20 cdn threshold for collection of taxes, (both will be below that now), so there should be no duties/taxes collected.
