The first person (black) gives the suitcase back, the two ladies too, 2 young guys (i guess spanish) steal it and the last black guy steals it. Does that give a fair view on this? I guess that a lot of people would steal the suitcase because that's how people are. Has nothing to do with their color.

first person didnt get a chance to steal it though.. the 2 ppl were looking at the briefcase and running from it and it just blew up.

No, the racial stereotypes are truthfully presented in this video. In a few different cases too.

Add a hundred more scenarios with white guys, and same with black guys.

You'll most guaranteed to get a higher steal rate amongst the black guys.
