Try saying "take me off your calling list, you have called me so many times the past month that I am now recording this call, and I will be taking you to court. With that being said, do you still want to try to convince me to sign up for your card?"

Keep in mind it's actually CitiBank that's calling you, they are so desperate for clients. They've called and harassed most of my friends.
CitiBank is officially worse than MBNA now.
The most annoying for my friends is they're like LOOOK you're pre approved, send in your transcript. Then when you fax it they mail you a letter saying "we can't read it", please send it again.

curse , rave , curse , rant , curse etc .... you will be placed on a VDL (voilent demeanor list ) or similar from that particular call center and you wont be called again for at least six months. was told this from a friend that actually calls and bugs people.

Could have a little fun with them by trying to engage in phone sex or pretend you're hard of hearing and say what and repeat things incorrectly, pretend you don't speak english very well etc. I generally leave the phone and let them go through their whole sales pitch and waste their time for wasting mine.
