I only know of the one in j-town, but my gf doesn't like that one.

why jap? korean hair salons are bettter. Visit the one at 6080yonge street. Its on the second floor and its good, but pricy cuz they use high quality products. Check it out, its just above yonge/cummer (which is just above yonge/finch)

Their hairstylists are exchange students from Japanese beauty schools. A little bit pricey, but the results are not bad.
