Burn them into CD/DVD; or use virtual drive applications like Daemon Tools to map it and run from the harddrive

Learn how to yourself. Using illegal sites to download software, and then asking for help is not a good idea.

Use Google. That's how I found out.

Yeah. Definitely not a good idea to pirate and then asking people how to use the thing you just pirated.

Dont listen to these people, I'm 100% sure they own every mp3 they have on their computer and music players
http://www.daemon-tools.cc mounts them, as a virtual drive. Useful
Nero 6.6 burns them, go to Burn Image and select the file.
.img extensions can be renamed .iso
If you need any more help feel free to PM me.

I own every single file on my hard drive. I just didn't pay the "full price" for any of them nor did I ask other people how to get those files onto my hard drive.

Is there a clean version of Daemon tools anywhere? The one I downloaded off of their site had some adware...

I don't know if you have alcohol120% or you can get your hands on one but you can also use it to mount the image. It's the only one I've used since I've learned that you can mount any images using virtual drives :)

If it's a media file, you can play it with VLC.
