Wondering if we should have such a thread? I see the benefit that people can post to it with their latest discoveries-posted in hot deals? That way we can subscribe to THIS thread, and whenever there's an update we'll get the email notification, and come in and see what's going on?

So the intention is not to have discussion really in this thread., but rather just an update. If you have a new hot deal item, just post the link to it in here?

This is not really a deal, but for those who use Beech Nut jarred food and find that the lids are difficult to open, be sure to contact Beech Nut (www.beechnut.ca). They sent me a free jar opener, lots of coupons and a feeding guide.

I have read on frugalshopper that pampers is changing their packaging and all pampers will be cleared out. Shoppers supposely has them for $10 and don't forget your $2 off coupons

pampers diaper coupons umm I signed up pampers.ca and they send me stuff through mail also coupons in the newspapers here on Saturdays I never go to SDM so I bought pampers on sale at A&P this week for $14.99 also Zellers should Price match them so if they are all out I would go there and PM although I am not exactly sure how to go about doing that

A & P will not price match (unless something changed recently) but Zellers will. Just show the flyer & no problem.

I have this problem with the beachnut too. I will contact them about it. There are times I feel like such a wimp for not being able to open the babies food.

Just an FYI, I was at Toysrus this morning and they have their new baby catalogues out and at the back is 2 pages of coupons.

So have a look at the back, there's a variety of coupons and I'm pretty sure you can use them even if the stuff is on sale.

Don't know if this is only local or not but I was at the Loblaws in Barrhaven and at the back they had a display of the pampers big boxes of diapers all different size ranges and a sign that indicated $10 off grocery bill with purchase. So basically your getting pampers for about $26 for a big box after the $10 taken off, not a bad deal at all. I usually get the PC diapers as they are great and the price is good but I truly love the pampers diapers because of the smell (prior to use that is), that wonderful baby smell but I cannot justify paying an extra $5 or whatever per box for the smell.

our Liquidation world had a travel seat and booster seats. They had a Graco travel sytem for under $200...they also had a save 20% on purchases over $50 but sure when that ends though. Liquidation world is really hit and miss but I will be looking there for a car seat first

I find that No Frills' / Zellers' big box diapers has less diapers in the box then those for sale at Walmart. Anyone notice this or is that just my illusion?

Also had a bunch of photocopied template drawing 8X11's for FREE...as well as a couple FREE laser prints of Dora and Spider Man. Pretty nice.

$10 would be insane if I've never seen it sold at that price before.

Sobeys had it at that price months ago and also the Babies R Us at Vaughan Mills had some (only N size?) at that price during their grand opening.
