Is it true that there is a law in Canada that states, if a person celebrates his 24th birthday in other country he is going to loose his Canadian citezenship?

If so what should be done to still keep your citizenship?

No, this had to do with Citizenship laws dating back to around World War 2 (Someone correct me if I have the time period wrong)
