Could someone tell me where could I Find the Glass bottles for infant feeding I don't think they're allowed in Canada for safety reasons. Anyway, I've never seen glass feeding bottle here.

We very rarely use a bottle but for those occasions where it may be necessary we do have glass bottles. I got them off freecycle - otherwise at the time I was going to have to order them from the US. I personally have never seen them in Canada - although there was another post on RFD recently where someone mentioned that a few Babies R Us may carry them.

I called some Babies R' Us and located small bottles in the Pickering location. Not sure if they're still available.

i personally find it easier to wash milk stains off glass bottles..
i just use the bottles from the "ready-to-use" formulas...twist a nipple on and it's ready to go~

That would have been my suggestion, or playtex with liners.
My fear with glass was breakage, although they did seem to retain breast milk better than plastic. They are also much heavier to travel with.

That's what we've used... I don't know if they have the same chemicals issue as those posted in the cnn link above :|

We use the playtex and liners. Super easy to clean up since you just throw the liner away, and rinse the bottle/nipple and throw it in the sterilizer.

If it was a real concern it would be more widespread in the news. The main is probably how you clean your bottles as well

I'm not inclined to agree with those assumptions. As per the article, I'm waiting until next week for more information:
The NIH's National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences will convene a panel of 15 scientists on March 7 to review scientific data and reach conclusions on whether exposure to it causes developmental or reproductive harm.

I would have no probles using the plastic bottles but after I read the article its just gone in my subconcious maybe plastic bottles are fine but beside glass bottles are heavy and easily breakable I haven't read any other negative story like toxins leaking in the bottle if you heat the bottle in Microwave.
I guess its the choice every parent will make what they are comfortable with.

There is a lot in the news about plastic safety and BPA (bisphenol A) -- this is the same thing that has caused concerns with water bottles and other plastics!
