Looking for a CHEAP UPS

I am looking for a UPS that is very compact and will be used to keep my cordless phone powered in the event of a power outage.
I recall Dell had a cheap UPS for $29, and I missed it >:(

Anyone have some deals for a good, cheap UPS?
