He'll take your money and ship nothing in return. I sent him over 15 PMs and get a useless answer here and there....still nothing in the mail for me.

If you confirmed his contact info then people here can give you advice. If you sent money without even speaking/emailing him then it's tough to prove he's screwing you.
Why so many NO-Shows & NO-Ships lately?

what do you mean? I emailed him and PM'ed him plenty of times before sending the money (a total of maybe 6 PMs before and now 18-20 after the sale).
his paypal address is: sanjaysainani@hotmail.com
He is from the GTA and works in Mississauga.
Here is his profile (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/member.php?u=36646)

Since you have his name phone and address and know where he works, then he shouldn't be hiding. Post his info for us to track his whereabouts in Sauga
Guys here are tired of getting scammed.

I agree with ssainani, The OP is being way to unresonable.

Sorry ssainani, I didn't realize he sent money on FEB18th. It's totally reasonable to wait 1 or 2 weeks depending on location. If you snet tracking number then Whiplash7828 has nothing to ***** about.

I believe Whiplash7828 should modify the title of this thread, a thread which was only created because Whiplash7828 was/is being impatient. Ssainani is not a scammer and this is giving him a bad name.

I have no problem changing the title of my thread once I get the item I paid for. I never intended on mass PM'ing this guy until I would see him intentionally not replying to my PMs. The tracking # you gave me doesn't work and I simply PM'ed you to let you know you maybe made a typo.....no answer regarding that for 3 days!!!! WTH do you expect me to think? For the record I sent 8 PMs since the funds were sent. I don't think that can be considered harrassment....especially when only 1 of them was ever replied to.
I purchased dozens of items online and waiting 1-2 weeks to get confirmation that a PAID item was shipped is NOT reasonable. This may be how things are done on RFD, but it is not how they are done anywhere else.
ssainini....give me a good tracking number (you can check it yourself on canadapost.ca) and I'll be happy....this is all I asked for Monday...
If you ask me, I think all this could have been avoided if you would have courteously responded to my FIRST PM. In my books, this is nothing but poor communication on your part.

...waiting 1-2 weeks to get confirmation that a PAID item was shipped is NOT reasonable...
According to the screen shot above, your payment was received on the 18th....which is 5 days ago now and 4 days after the sender indicated he sent you a tracking number.
So it CAN'T be 1-2 weeks, but what was it really? Have you received a tracking number? When?
The OP looks like a bad trader as things stand now....you'd better clarfiy things here.

I got a tracking number but it does not work. I PM'ed the seller to let him know it may be a typo....still hasn't answered that PM...or even told me "hey don't worry, it's been shipped". How am I to believe I haven't been scammed? There is 0 communication here....
Here are a few PM's I sent:
Do you have a tracking number?
Hi Sanjay,
I'd like to know what the status of my shipment is. I sent funds your way and you have yet to respond several PMs from me. Have you shipped the product? At this point I am asking for you to answer my questions.
Please respond...
Here's the one where I say the tracking # is wrong.
First off...thank you for replying. You'll notice in my PMs and even email that I was getting quite upset. I certainly never like sending funds to someone and not hearing back from them for a few days.
In any case, the tracking # didn't work...maybe it just got created. I'll double check later.
Again, thank you for replying and please stay in touch until the sale is complete.
The tracking # is either wrong or not working on their website. I will be patient and wait to hear from you or receive the package.
This is all over the course of 4 days....
Now how hard would it be to
a) give me the correct tracking number or
b)at least get back to me confirming it has been shipped!
Of course I am getting upset...he is not talking to me! Again, 8 PMs were sent since the funds were sent....not 26, not 50, 8....and 1 answer back from him (with a wrong tracking number).
About the 1-2 weeks, I don't mind waiting 6 weeks to get the item......but waiting 1 week to get confirmation it is shipped is not right!

JUST NOW I put in the tracking number for the shipment and it is FINALLY working (after at 3 days of trying 2-3 times per day). This seems to have nothing more than a result of poor process from Canada Post (what a surprise). I see that you indeed shipped it on Feb 21 and for that I retract my complaint about not shipping.
What bothers me most is that you NEVER had took the time to look into this # possibly being wrong. NEVER replied to me regarding my concerns (which were founded due to CanadaPost's system error). For this I found my experience with you very trying. In any case, I see you did legitimately ship the product and for my complaints I apologize.
Later.

This is just my take on things:
The reason I think ssainani never replied to your 8 PM's, was probably because ssainani knew (and most traders do) that it can take a few days for the tracking to show. Even if ssainani had replied to the PM's saying something like "The tracking number is not a typo, Canada Post sometimes takes a few days to process the info". I doubt you would have believed him. Anyways thats just my thoughts on the entire deal.
Next time wait two weeks before posting a complaint (unless you actually got scammed)

Agreed. We need a cooling off period before posting.
