I made a reservation for 4 nights at Holiday Inn thru Priceline. I didn't show up on the first night at the hotel becuz i missed my flight, but i did stay at the hotel in the rest of the nights. while i was checking out, I was told by the manager of the hotel that they only charge me for 3 nights, it's priceline to charge me for 4 nights. So can i get refunded for my first night reservation.

According to priceline rules, they will charge you for 4 nights....

All priceline purchases are non-refundable...... Its possible you might have gotten double charged as well....

You'd be hard pressed to get any refund from Priceline.

if the hotel only charges me for 3 nights, then the money of my first night booking is not for priceline, that's what im thinking.

as others have mentioned, you won't get anything back from priceline. you might get something back if you have trip interruption insurance, but that would depend on the reason of missing your original flight.

Consider yourself, lucky. I have read posts from Priceline purchasers on"biddingfortravel" on both sides. Two situations:

1. 4 night booking, flight missed, arrive at hotel a day late to find reservation for 4 days cancelled. No room from hotel and no refund from Priceline.

2. 4 night booking, flight missed but person calls hotel, advises the situation and requests check-in via phone (some hotels will and others won't), the reservation for the remaining 3 nights are secure.

With Priceline, you paid them and there will be no refunds from them for a no show for whatever reason. In your case you may have arrived at hotel prior to the normal check-out time on the first day of your reservation and your remaining reservation was still intact.
