how to install flash player on linux yellow dog PS3

ive been trying to install flash player on my mozilla firefox browser on my ps3 and i did some search. iam kind of clueless still, whats a terminal? there seems to be so many codes i have to type in this "terminal thing" linux is kinda frustrating, i lost my menu bar before and took me 2 hours to be able to recover it.

Hahaha. If you don't understand Linux, I suggest you stick to playing games on the PS3.
