Why couldn't you just leave it in the store so someone who actually wanted it could get it?

because then it would likely get into the hands of someone like the person who bought 3 right before me. I bought it on a whim to help someone out. I happened to be in line, and saw the next guy buy 3 to scalp. It made me mad, so i bought the last one to help someone out. I have the receipt and everything, so no worries anyone!

Holy, the guys just trying to help people out! There's people looking like mad for these things on the forums, he's just being an honest and nice guy making it easy on someone out of the goodness of his heart giving back to RFD what he's gotten out of it and you gotta come in here with that crap.
Get a life !!!

But you're still helping people by not purchasing.

Both have a good point... Leaving it there would help others who haven't gotten their first Wii's, by having access to buy it...
however... If he did leave it, there will be people like that other guy who grabbed 7 to make a profit... and then it'll leave us down and out...
It's a lose-lose situation for us working groups....

You get a life. What if I got there a few minutes after the OP and was looking for a wii, but he had already bought the last one?
It is a lose lose situation. Not being a part of the problem and minding your own business will go a long way IMO.

His intentions were good and that is the only thing that is important.

preventing someone else from being a scalper is helping, not being apart of the problem. offering it here at cost is helping. i dont see what he is doing thats so evil you have any right to open you fat mouth.

Op is nice. But just to let you know, it is not worth the hassle to be nice, ppl will still try to screw you by giving you counterfeit or come late for the appointment.
I sold a Wii play at retail price to a kid, that kids is freaking annoying asking for $70, 65, 60. At the end, he cheap me out $1 short of what we agreed on the phone, lol

Surprised this isn't gone yet. I sold one at cost but I went through their posts to see if they either already had one or was a scalper before I let it go. Good job.

I'm pretty suprised that it hasn't gone yet either! BUT, I guess that this means that most people on this forum have already found one!
