Someone left me a negative heat. I have never dealt with this person ... must be a competitor or someone who has scammed me in the past. Can the mods help?

this is why i never put my heatware in my signature. only available upon request. you can email heatware admins and they will remove it for you.

I second contacting heat to get it removed if it was indeed a false entry

Sent a request thru their "Support Center" but still no reply yet. It also says "E-mail requests will no longer be used for support."
Maybe RFD should buy out heatware?
