I had the same thing happen. Tried to order with $5 being a new customer and $5 for the pricing error. They said no, that I had to use one or the other. I tried to order with being a new customer, not eligible anymore even though I technically never placed the order.

Also, if you order $50 or more, they send you another $5 code for your next purchase. But if you use the coupon, it takes you to under $50. I called them about availability even though it was in my cart already. They said they had none left.

Very frustrating experience, ended up getting the wii play from FS on Tues. Feb13
