Hello guys, I have this 2nd round phone interview. I think i am one of the best candidates they are talking about right now. However, because of the different locations, 8-10 hours driving, I need to take another longer phone interview. I konw I lose a lot points just for doing a phone interview. So what should I do, ie, send a reference letter, call them again show my strong interest in their position?

BTW, did it happen to anyone that they got hired just for phone interviews and no face-to-face one?

Thanks and happy chinses new year

If it's a large company, go through the 2nd round and ask if they'll reimburse you for a third round face-to-face meeting.
If they are medium sized (and a tech company), propose the idea of a video conference. There are places you can go to set this up.
If they are small, yeah, it's all phone and cross your fingers. But personally, if it's a career position, make the trip and hope they pay for it.

If it's a phone interview, make-up seems unnecessary! ;)

I know the title is kinda misleading. What I actually meant is what could I do to make more impression to the interviewers because the meeting is not in person
