I chose the Call me option and they called me instantly. I talked to the rep and he was very nice and lowered my price down to 59.99 - 10$..

I checked the status of my order and it says that it's preparing the items for shipping. So hopefully it'll get here early next week. But I preordered mine back in the beginning of January.

There are many complians about how bad the mini games are.. but for 5 bucks extra ... i guess it's ok!!!

When they emailed me that mine's gonna be 4-6 weeks (I Preordered), I called and complain. They gave me express shipping. But after I called, delivery date was change to today!

So I got express delivery, expecting it 19th!

I also requested the $5 price difference and they credit me that too!

With $10 off, it's $49.99 before taxes,.... not a bad deal! Had a 2nd remote and sold it for $50 few weeks back when I pre-ordered Wii Play.

i preordered and still havnt received any email regarding the product.

meanwihle im at it, don't buy from chapters, they can always cancel your order (ie 1 of the two product) AND then they notify you one day before they ship the other remaining order. Once you ask for return/refund, they ignore u totally!

I just got the email notification letting me know that my copy of Wii Play has shipped. So it should get to me sometime early next week. I'm quite excited :D

Actually, I bought my Trauma center from them too. They actually didn't even charge my card. I called and told them but nothing happen until now. That was 6 weeks ago? I must say, they respond pretty fast to any emails or call,....unlike TRU!

So YMMV. This is my 2nd purchase, and so far,.... I'm happy with them.
