Weather in Eastern Europe around mid-April?

I'm planning a trip to E. Europe (Ukraine/poland, etc) in mid-April and was wondering if the weather there will be cold then? Or what temperature it'll be around that time of year?

It should be okay. Temps in the low to mid teens. Wear a light to medium weight leather jacket (or equivalent) and you should be fine.

Will it be warmer in April cuz my vacation will extend to mid-April?

I wasn't able to find a website that "predicts" temperatures or shows trends in diff. countries throughout the year(s)
