Hi guys,
Looking to trade my Pentium D 930 + cash towards a Core 2 Duo. Perfect for those that wants to downgrade but doesn't want to lose too much performance.
The chip comes in retail package, receipt. The chip can be overclocked to 3.5Ghz stable, running cool @ 31C Idle on stock HSF, stock voltage with my generic ram, Asus P5W Gaming board. I am very sure it can be overclock way pass this number with the right setting and ram. I have only overclocked it for a night and been running at stock speed since then.
Let me know if there are any offers.
Thanks,
Chris

I used to have a Presler 945. That did 4.25GHz, so your 930 should be able to hit 4GHz with a little more voltage. How old is your CPU?

as far as i remember it's around 6 mths old, will double check receipt.
I am quite sure it can hit 4Ghz, like i said, I got some generic ram in the case and running stock voltage + cooling :) Thanks for your info.
I am not a overclock type of person, so I would rather leave that for someone already has the good ram and the skills to unleash this CPU. I just want a Core 2 duo :D
