XBOX360 or PC? I saw some used 360 copies at GameShack for $49.99, you could settle for that if no one complies.

Yeah 49.99 ain't bad but then they charge taxes on top of that, which sucks :( It seems like a pretty popular game though since nobody is budging on selling it. Oh well can still try.
