So are you guys going to help the OP or post stupid comments thinking you are funny?....
To the OP are you looking for full or part time overnight?....I know Purolator has overnight positions but I think some are part-time....or maybe any other courier service. I also believe Home Depot has some positions in various locations....any specific kind of work you looking for?

I can think of a lot of places that you could work overnight - depends really on what your interests/experience is, as well as how much you want to make.
Off of the top of my head..
Many gyms are now 24 hours
Grocery Stores (decent pay in some)
Conveniences Stores/Gas Stations
Manufacturing plants
Call centers

Get a security job in some apartment building. You don't need anything special or any special training. I know someone who did this while he went to University.
Very easy job. Between the two persons working, you take turns sleeping and when you'rer not sleeping, you get to work on your homework. On the overnight shift, you might have a maximum of two residences require your services for a few minutes, but that's about it.

Very interesting. The CSRs (billing etc issues) departments are closed for Rogers after 8pm and 5pm for Bell.

No, unless I was seeing things. My friend she called Rogers CSR billing department to ask what is up with her bill @ 11:30pm something it was almost midnight. I remember I was the one who told her they are closed!! but nope. apparently she got through.

PM sent about rates. JOKES! Anyhoo, some data entry jobs are done overnight to get ready for the next day for business (ie. banks).

Maybe they changed it. I remember when I was with Rogers and there was an outage after 9pm, I called and requested a credit for the time lost and they told me I had to call back the next business day because their billing department was closed.
Bell is the worst, they close at either 5pm or 6pm.

Those call centres your talking about are either outsourced or the time you didn't get through they probably lied to not have to take your complaint
You'll be surprised how many telecom call centres are opened after midnight.
Off the top of my head Shaw comes to mind offering 24 hr service but nobody really knows about it so their night staff aren't taking too many calls after 1am.
Just be sure when your looking for night shift work to ask if they pay a overnight premium. If they do not after 8pm then thats against the law and legal action can be taken by anyone who is in this situation. And why not? Thats .60 to .80 an hr they are jipping you!
Good luck with your prospects!

You can apply for overnight shifts at a call center for any bank. You only have to work 3-4 days (well... nights) depending on the FI (10 or 12 hrs shifts). You will get paid overnight bonus, if you speak French, Cantonese or Mandarin, you get pay language bonus on top of it as well.

All the jobs mentioned so far pretty much pay the same wage, maybe the banking data entry pays a little more but if you are going to get any of those jobs when they all pay the same you might as well get the security guard job. The pay is crap but you can sleep and also do your homework if need be.
Chances are wherever your are from, you have more private security companies then you do McDonalds so I would go for any of those companies, preferably one where you get to drive around and check buildings. Just a word of advice stay away from a company called O.B.O. Security or Out Door Box Office Security because it is a terrible company. IMHO I hope I am not bashing anyones place of employment but my little brother worked there and they screwed him around big time. They called him in for a shift very last minute and he couldn't make it and the next day the laid him off mysteriously. Like I said this was my brothers experience so I could be biased.
Good luck and I hope this helped alittle. If not get the address from the guy with the sister who does the cleaning of customers. Good money and there is a huge market in Winnipeg.
