Has anyone worked for Siemens? Could please describe the work environment/atmosphere? Also, any hints on what type of pay a Recent Grad would be looking at in Commercial Finance Project Management capacity?

Appreciate anyone that could help out. Thanks.

my frd is working in Semien, and i heard they pay cheap compare with Nortel, IBM, ATI .. etc. I heard that they are running in some financial difficult at this point, and many of their staff get fired, as well more will get fire.

:arrowu: same here ...my friend is also working at Siemens (lower wage compared to others) and he said the company is having a rough time now.

My friend is a supervisor at their tech support call center. They are looking for new grads to get to work at lower wage as opposed to their senior staff which will be let go due to 'downsizing'...

Thanks for the informatioin guys, seems all your responses are pretty consistent, so I'll have to do some deeper digging.

Just some more info about the position I'm currently being recruited for; its a new program where I'll be assigned to a team to manage all aspects of a charity event (sounds kind of like Trumps show). I'll also have the opportunity to manage two other major projects on various parts of Siemens Business Units.

I haven't discussed salary or anything yet, but I do have an offer from IBM as an FA, so I could use that to possibly leverage a higher wage.

Any other info you guys have would obviously help. Thanks again.
