I don't believe it does. If you don't know what Firebug is, then I really doubt that you are going to know of a IE equivalent.
From the Firefox website:
Firebug integrates with Firefox to put a wealth of development tools at your fingertips while you browse. You can edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page.

I think he means the lower mainland as in Greater Vancouver Region. Very large Chinese population.

It's nice for those interested to know what it is so the can learn more about it and maybe use it for themselves. It's standard practice to tell others what you're talking about unless it's obvious.

Why? Because I happen to be a Canadian?? I have spent most of my working life living is Asia. Does that disqualify me from enjoying the camaraderie of RFD and benefiting from the knowledge people have here?:cheesygri

I have been chastened. ;) Thanks for the netiquette explanation. I have posted what Firebug is in a previous post and someone else put up a link.
Back to my question: Does any one know if there is a tool equivalent to Firebug that can be used in Internet Explorer?

Stop going off topic guys.
OP: Firefox is open source, IE is closed source and will always remain that way. That means IE will most likely never have something like Firebug unless Microsoft themselves releases it, and probability of that is close to none.

That doesn't make sense...I may really know IE..and every single feature...but without an explanation of what feature you are looking for the name another browser calls it would do nothing for me.

If you know what Firefox is, you'll know what he's asking. If you don't know what it is, you will not respond.
If you're curious, you'll probably google the word firefox and get educated a lot faster than waiting for someone to cut 'n paste the google answer here :)
