I will save you the hassle of searching through the countless topics about Primerica.

Stay away from them. Don't ask questions, just stay away.

I had an Interview with them a number of years ago, when I first graduated from University. I had my resume posted on the University careerboard, and was contacted by someone at Primerica. He initially introduced himself as "someone representing Citybank, the largest FI in the world. When I met with this guy, he basically started selling me on the job. He didn't ask me any questions about my Educational background or work experience. He then pulled out a registration for for a Mutual Fund License (I believe it was the IFIC), and told me I would need to cut him a cheque to register for the course. He also talked about how I would work under him so he would recieve a revenue stream from whatever sales I made, but in time I would be allowed to hire new employees to work under me and I would recieve a rev stream from them. It was 100% comission based without even a base salary while I trained. I told him thanks but no thanks. He continued to call me weekely for a couple of months after to see if I had changed my mind. I would listen to the previous warning and stay away.

Looks like what I went through. Except it was a friend back from high school.

But I think that guy was right, Primerica was under Citi Bank (unless my friend also lied about it).

i once went for an "interview" which isn't an interview...just a sell on their pyramid scheme...once i put 2+2 together (and 45 min of wasting my time) i was telling the guy that i was looking for a job that i could use as a "front" for my other "business"...the "interview" ended quickly after that... and surprisingly i did not get a call from the police to ask about my other "business"..lol
