Export from Lotus Notes-> Microsoft Outlook

Is there a simple free way to export from Lotus notes to Outlook, things like my old archived emails, address book and calendar?

its nto exactly what i want..thats from domino to exchange server...i just want to convert local nsf to pst files....without having to pay the premium haha
