I'm looking for one of these, don't want to pay high shipping fees on Amazon.com. The suggested local dealer in GTA doesn't have them. Anyone see these somewhere please?
I emailed Roadpro but they dont' reply.

Yeah well I reckon if I get stuck in the snow, I can heat up some soup or cook instant noodles. It's Canada and the groundhog's wrong!

Zellers has those, not the same brand(i dont think at least), but identical.
IIRC 50% off too. Or at least heavily discounted.
Hope you plan on getting stuck in the snow for a while. These are ****. Just any FYI a 12v kettle takes over an hour to boil water.... Think about that..

Didn’t Alton Brown try this thing on his “Feasting on Asphalt” show on FoodTV? He bought it at a truck stop while on his trip. Seemed to work pretty good for long trips.

I've also seen a similar product at Walmart.

Canadian Tire sells this in-store and have seen it on their website also.

Feedback: I found a Koolatron one at Cda Tire for $39. Took 30 mins to cook instant noodles - they were soggy and lukewarm, but edible! Will try now to boil water in an aluminium container. It says it goes up to 300 deg F so that's above boiling point, right?

Yes. It is. By about 88F. But, if it gets that hot, why were your noodles only "lukewarm?"
