With the old paper MCO's, the owner would have to go to the airport along with the transferee to ticket the reservation. Not sure how these are handled now, probably give the number (stated on the letter) a call.

The letter only states that fax the letter or give a call to air canada and quote the reference number on the letter to get the $150, and it didn't say it not transferable on the letter.

All the condition and rules are written on the letter and the letter is only 1 page letter.
