this is like the figure skating of bike acrobatics... amazing! The only way to beat this performance is to breakdance on the bike :D

Not really a unique skill. Some guy performed similar moves at Cirque so it's definitely a circus act that people learn. :D It's also a specialized bike for that purpose. Very cool seeing it again though.
