Registering a ".ca" domain name

Is there any way of not showing your information when registering a .ca account?

Anytime I do a search of .ca domain names that are taken, I can see the owner's name address and contact info. Is there any way of not showing this when registering for a domain.

IS this a regulation for .ca sites under CIRA????

Protection for domain registrant information is available. I was able to find info from privacy.ca (http://www.privacy.ca/info.asp). However, I am not sure if all "dot ca" registrars offer this option. Mine doesn't.

Registering under a fake name is a bad idea. CIRA does audits, and if they find that you've used a fake name, they'll cancel your domain.

I register my .ca domains through www.DomainsAtCost.ca, and they provide automatic privacy.ca protection as part of your registration fee, about $12.95 in Canadian funds.
