I don't know about the mob part but,
I can redirect you to
a flasher or two down in Parkdale. They are usually behind the dark alley ways near Queen and Lansdowne or King/Jameson...
Look for mid aged winos in 80's style trench coats....

Check in 2003? So flashmobs don't exist anymore? Anyways, I don't mean people that flash others, I meant where people gather with very little prior notice and complete an objective which is often humorous. An example would be the pillow fight that happened in Dundas Square a few years ago.

Check torontoist.com or spacing.ca from time to time. The last one I went to was downtown, they gave everyone little leds attached to a magnet and our target was a moving streetcar.

Exactly. You're a few years too late. Trend came and gone like its own name.

Went to one of those flashfloods at yonge and eglinton. A few bike cops along with news reporters were there just standing around. When the hour struck nothing happened. Someone went around saying everyone was meeting at hooters.

We walked by and there was like nobody there.

SO LAME! and old, I got some photos on my computer.
