eBay is different, as a bid is a binding contract. Not to say though that verbal agreements should not be honoured. However, the heatware system, to me, is strictly for evaluations/comments of completed transactions.

Also we are just hearing your side of the story, we need to hear their side as well to see the whole picture and determine what happened. But I agree that you should handle your emotions and repsonses better, so that in the future you won't receive these kind of negative feedbacks due to lack of professionalism.

I had was suppose to pick something up last week after work and the seller siad he would sell it to me. 10 mins later he said he sold it to some one else.
