Greets All

Last summer I purchased a Razr at a rogers store and signed up for a monthly billing, up until now the phone was been ok. The problem is I have hard any signal in my house or within a few blocks of my house.

I took the ohone back to the Rogers Store and they asid it "needs to be repaired" and it will be sent out. I was given a POS loner phone and went on my way.

I am still getting dropped calls and crap reception, so I called Rogers Tech Support and asked wtf? I was put in hold and when he came back he said where I live there is no Coverage for Rogers unless I drive 2km down the road, and he said that I am close to the Airport (Hamilton YHM) and that radio signals can be effecting it.

I happen to work at the said airport and the phone works fine, no problems, when I asked why wasnt I told that my home area was not in the Rogers coverage area when I first got it, he said he cant anwser that and I should go back to the Rogers store and speak to them and customer relations.

Well I went to the store and its friggin closed OPEN DAILY TO 8PM my ass

anyhow pardon the long post but this is lame, What should I do? I am thinking about canceling as I dout they will do jack for me, and I aint moving

well, i work for rogers myself, and to tell you the truth, they aren't going to help you (i work at retail wireless). I have had many complaining customers, and they wnt do anything for you, its just the truth. this is because you are still on contract
